MY STORY.

My name is Alexander Rendina.

I didn’t take the traditional path into business, and for a long time, that made me the odd one out.

In high school, I knew early that the academic route wasn’t for me.

Not because I lacked discipline or ambition, but because I couldn’t see myself spending years memorising information that felt disconnected from the real world.

By sixteen, I had already decided I wanted to build something practical, skill-based, and outcome-driven.

I moved through unscored high school, started a plumbing apprenticeship, and quietly began teaching myself marketing on the side, websites, email marketing, sales pages, funnels, copywriting, and the psychology behind why people actually make decisions.

While most people around me saw plumbing as the “safe” option,

I always knew it wasn’t the end goal.

I committed to it for a time, but deep down, I knew I would eventually leave.

By the end of 2024, after nearly three years of consistent self-education and hands-on learning through school and work,

I reached a point where I had to make a decision...

I didn’t have a guaranteed income.

I didn’t have a safety net in business.

And I didn’t have external validation.

But I took the leap anyway.

Early 2025, I decided to quit plumbing and pursue my dream of becoming an entrepreneur.

What followed wasn’t the overnight success you see plastered all over your Instagram feed...

For the next 7 to 8 months, I made little to no money.

I was constantly questioning myself.

Friends and people around me told me I should have stuck to plumbing.

Some openly said what I was doing wasn’t real work, which played with my head.

Others quietly distanced themselves.

It was isolating.

Mentally exhausting.

And at times, deeply discouraging.

But that period forced something important.

It forced me to stop chasing surface-level tactics and start understanding why things worked, not just what worked.

It pushed me into a deeper study of psychology, systems, sequencing, and structure.

It also forced me to confront my own doubts, beliefs, and identity.

A lot of growth during that time had nothing to do with marketing.

It was internal.

In late 2025, things started to shift.

Within three months, I generated over $10,000 through copywriting and marketing work.

I finally saw hope...

By 2026, I'm consistently generating over $10,000 per month, working with real businesses on real revenue problems.

That progress wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my parents, especially my mum and dad, who gave me the stability to keep going when income was uncertain.

I am forever grateful I was fortunate enough to have a roof over my head and food on the table while I invested everything I had back into learning and building.

But I also paid a price...

I lost friendships and relationships, and I was deeply misunderstood for a long time.

And while people now look at the results and suddenly “get it,” the truth is, the work started long before the numbers did.

Today, Built By Kairos exists because of that journey.

It’s crafted on the belief that most businesses don’t fail because they lack effort, ambition, or intelligence,

They fail because they’re operating without structure, clarity, and sequencing.

I’ve lived what it feels like to operate in uncertainty.

And I know how powerful it is when things finally become predictable.

This isn’t the finish line for me.

It’s the foundation.

And I’m only just getting started.
